daily schedule

this summer started out rough so… i designed this daily schedule to help my children know and anticipate the day’s rhythm. i noticed a big difference in their attitude because having a schedule let both of them see when it’s electronic time, play time, lunch time, swim time, chore time, dinner time, bed time etc.

is today a full day? do your kids need a visual tool to see their day?

what: write down your plans for today.

why: get intentional, organized, structured and feel prepared. when you take 3-5 minutes to write your plans it can help you anticipate the flow of your day, increase productivity and efficiency.

who: for adults. for parents to write a schedule for their kids.

tips: look at your calendar and write down the day’s plans in chronological order. do this the night before or in the morning. do not overbook/overcommit/overplan!
